Allright, got some moneys coming my way, what should I go with?

So Im getting a random bonus this month and will have about 1300 to spend on my car....What should I go with, Here is what I was looking at:

Option 1:
VIS Racing Euro R Carbon fiber hood
http://www.carbon-fiber-hoods.com/en...target=d2.html

Its the third option on the page, on the silver M

Costs $749

Option 2:
UUC RSC36 Cat back exhaust system
http://www.uucmotorwerks.com/RSC36/

Costs $899

Option 3:
ZKW complete Predator chromium headlights
http://www.umnitza.com/product_info....roducts_id=248

Costs $899

Option 4:
AA Track pipe
http://www.aatuning.com/exhaust/exhtrackpipe-e36.cfm

Costs $814

So what do you think?

Screw all those options and get a LEGAL cat-back from BB. Have an exhaust from them on my 300ZXTT and seriously they are THE best sounding legal exhausts I've ever heard. Says it gains 22whp for the M3. Check it out. PErsonally I dont like the sound of your first (or even 2nd) exhaust. Plusw the 2nd one you cant use when it comes time for emissions check (do you really want to bolt and un bolt the cat/track pipe every year?).

I don't have emmissions where I live, so It doesn't really matter. I have listened to MANY exhaust and done a lot of reaserch, I like the RSC 36 the most.

Woah...to expensive! I would get the cat-back first. Then the track pipe, then the headers. But thats just me.
