'92 civic p28/p30?

I'm reading an ad about a '92 civic cx. it says it "needs p28/p30". i'm wondering what that is, any help?

maybe it means go to page 28 and page 30. because i have absolutely no idea what p28 or p30 means, engine codes will be p0300 or p0280

ECU is what its talking about. Maybe even an ECU code, possibly he doesnt know what it means.

well i checked, double checked, and triple checked....no code p28 or p30 for that car, sorry

It's not a code, I said it was the ECU...here read this for explanation....
