Repairing Civic

Cera (SyntheticTrust) has told me that she has some hurricane damage to her car from Katrina, such as some large scratches and a dent from branches and other debris, and she wants to know the best and cheapest way to remove them. She doesn't have power but the phone lines are working.

She also says that she hears a rock in one of the tires, but can't seem to find it, so what else could it be? I told her it was possibly a bad wheel hub, but is there anything else?

And 99integra, she wants you to buy her a new Civic, so step to it.
