Felix Wankel (Physics Project)
For Honors Physics at school we have to research a famous engineer or scientist for a project/ paper. I chose Wankel mainly because I dont really know much about rotary engines and wanted to know more, and he was the only famous engineer related to cars that I saw fit for a project. So, if you all could post some info, or good sites that you think would be helpful that would be great. Thanks.
John

http://auto.howstuffworks.com/rotary-engine.htm <-- thats a prety good article. You should also visit RX7club for links to detailed technical explanations of mazda's implementation of the rotary in the RX8, RX7 and their predecessors.
I also strongly recommend http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page. This website is one my trusty sources when i have questions.
Also, why not try a Otto vs Wankel research paper?
