Random question...

I haven't posted for a while and I'm not really sure where this question should go but here it goes.. I know that Eleanor on Gone in 60 Seconds isn't actualy a Shelby Mustang GT 500... at least I'm pretty sure. But since it's not What is it? Isn't it just one of the standard 1967 or so Shelby Mustangs? or what... yeah.. just a random question. Thanks!

Not that I know much about American cars so I'm probably completely wrong, I always thought it looked identical to a GT500...Is it just technical spec that differs the two or visual too?

Yes. It was modified for the movie, which answers Cliffy's question too. You're welcome.

Nothing more than garden variety Mustangs that gave their lives to look like something they weren't. Of course I'm assuming that you're talking about the remake, not the original movie.

Actually looks more like a modified GT350. And I base this assumption on Gran Turizmo 2
