'97 Breeze brake problem

Hi guys! I've got a '97 Plymouth Breeze, manual transmission, that needs some help.
My passenger side, rear brake seems to be on constantly. I drive less than 5 miles to work, and by the time I get there, the wheel well is warm to the touch (more so in comparisson to the others). I've been through 4 sets of brake pads in about 3 months.
My dad has (obviously) replaced the brake pads, the drum, the hub assembly, and the emergency brake. He has a pretty good general knowledge of cars, but is not a mechanic. I think he's at about whits end, and can't figure what else it may be.
Thank you in advance for any help you can give! If I didn't provide enough info, please let me know!
Thanks again!

Thanks anyways! He figured it out. Can't rmember what it's called, but the plunger thing that pushes out the brake pads was the wrong size. The Guy at the shop gave him the wrong one, twice.
