Could you please help me identify this car?

I'm an avid genealogist and have just come across a lot of old papers and pictures from when my grandparens passed away. One of the pictures is of one of my Great-Great Uncles standing by his car in Cabaggetown, (Atlanta), GA, around 1925 to 1930. I don't know much about this car, but would love to be able to identify it. Can anyone help?

$50 says that ChrisV has either owned this car, or has pages of information on it, but I'll look around, looks familliar

My guess is a late 20's or early 30's Ford Model A. Here's a 31:

i'm gonna say it's a 31 chevy...

points of reference being....

grill shell and emblem---definitely not an "A" shell

louvers and louver length on hood

emblems on center caps (and size of center caps)

my grandfather used to have a '31 3 window in pieces that i used to pretend to "work on" when i was really young...
