Why not? If thats what you want, then do it.

Cold Air Intake. Replace your air box with an intake to allow better engine breathing; boosts a couple of horses, sometimes increases fuel efficency, and they have longer life expectancy then the paper filter in your air box.

By the way, why'd you double post? here

I said it before, i'll say it again; since you double posted, so will i.
Is no one else noticing he said 3.4 litre 4 banger? i have news for you, its a 2.0 litre 4 cylinder engine, not a 3.4 litre. Currently there is no asian car manufacturer who uses 3.4 litre of displacement in anything besides 3.4 would be for a V6 if they did make one. Why did you think the car is named the G20? The 20 stands for displacement, its Infiniti's naming scheme: G35; 3.5L V6, M45; 4.5L V8, M35; 3.5L V6.

Thats not a turbo, thats just a new intake. Turbo kits cost in the $2k and higher range depending on how much power you want.

If you want bang for your buck, I'd go with nitrous. Its significantly cheaper than a turbo, gives good power, and you dont have to deal with it all the time.

And make sure you secure the welds on the intake.

Yeah, you go pump nitrous in a 10 year old stock 2.0 Liter engine every time you want power. It causes too much stress on his engine. Sure, so does a turbo, but it depends on the amount of boost. But I definitely DO NOT recommend Nitrous, its not good for your engine, its ok once in a while, if you're in a pinch or something, but other then that: you're just killing your engine.

Not really. Unless you are an idiot and run it at redline like in the fast and the furious, it wont cause that much problems. Its like running a turbo, except it doesnt come on every time you drive it.

Exactly. Turbos arent good for your engine either, now are they? Unless you rework the internals. Plus Nitrous only lasts for a blink of an eye, wheres the fun in that?

It lasts as long as you have it engaged.

And everytime you engage it it cost money to be refilled. where as a turbo is a one time only cost

I reccommend the cai, cat-back system, and headers idea
