I went from 185/70 r14 (stock tire size) General cheapies ($31/pop...didnt even last 25k miles...were supposedly 40k mile tires) on my Accord to 195/65 r14 Kumho high performance all-seasons (forgot the name of the tire, would have to go look). I think they were either 40 or 50k mile tires as well. Been great so far after about 12k miles.

im jealous of cheap tires...I got all four, 245/40 17's, Goodyear eagle f1 GSD3's with road hazard insurance, balancing and installation for 942 dollars.
