Evo 7's werent legal here in the US. The Evo VIII is the first one that was...some independent companies can legalize the Evo VII...but normally it's not.

I'd probably go for the Evo8 or the BMW. I think that the Impreza is too common these days and it aint as fast as the Evo! as for the BMW, is the Xi one of the AWD versions only sold over there, like the AWD 5er? I've just never heard of an Xi before, apart from on special cars lol

Well its your choice, but the SRT-4 is like the sport tuners out there, but it starts off with 230 horsepower and 250 torque for under 20k. Its your choice.

OOopps, he's right. We got the Lancer but no EVO, just a bunch of Lancer's that were made to look like Evo VII's.

I take exception to that statement. Not all are alike. It'd be like saying all Japanese cars are like the Mitsubishi Precis, and since I dont' like that, then I don't like any of them. That would be just silly.

Self limiting is your choice, but it's not very open minded.

But then again, I just sold my daily driver american car that was completely flawless for the nearly 4 years I owned it. As was the one before that, and the one before that.

Have you ever checked out a car like this?

That's like saying all Asian cars suck...There's a huge difference between a 1984 Accord, and a 1997 NSX...
