Top Gear Thread

I figured since everyone is posting Top Gear clips, this could be the Top Gear Thread lol.

And I saw this cool video of an Evo beating a bobsled :lauging::

Evo vs. Bobsled

You might be surprised who wins...crap, I just gave it away didn't I?...Or did I?

im glad you started this up, i dont have any clips on hand, but top gear is by far my favorite show about cars, theyre road tests are amazing, done up like movies and played with music and effects,

every now and then, ( this applies to serious car guys) id be watching one of the videos /see morgan aero8 test/ and id feel a tingle go up and down my spine, nothing makes me respect a car like this, its truly amazing

and im not even british, im canadian (from NEWFOUNDLAND????)
id say other ppl feel the same way, perhaps someone like vwhobo or chrisv

great show

I love TG, as ya probably all know by now. I think the way in which it's presented is nothing more than genius lol. I also think Clarkson is (arguably?) the funniest man on TV!

All I have to say are 2 things.
1.) I wish I had the means to go to Germany and experience Automobile heaven.
2.)If only they made all girls like her

I just saw the TG: Winter Olympics special, and can safely say it was one of the funniest one's I've seen! I searched for some video clips etc but to be honest I've never been too good with stuff like that and couldn't find any lol! I'll explain as best I can what it containe though.

It started with Jeremy in a Vovo XC90 racing James May (Captain slow lol) in an Audi Q8.....Off-Road......in the snow lol. And the unlikely candidate wins....and has to eat 'yellow snow'

The video that Chris posted with the Mitsu and the Bob sleigh is in there, as is a ski jumping Mini and a load of Suzuki Swifts playing Ice Hockey

Little Richard Hammond, although not in this episode properly, is in parts of it, and gets frozen in a Citroen C1...bless him lol. Captain Slow and Clarkson also have a race on a frozen lake/pond, Clarkson in a Jag XK and James in a Land Rover Discovery. James thinks that the ice is 5 feet thick, and jeremy reveals after the challege that it's actually 5inches thick and he's lucky the Disco didn't fall through the ice lol.

There was loads more, but I'm sure you'll all see it eventually!

Just thought I'd revive this one as there's good reason to. The new series of Top Gear just started over here and it's set to be the best yet. If anybody (ie; Chris) wants any info just post here or let me know via PM...wouldn't wanna spoil it for ya lol

Does anyone know if the last season of Top Gear is available or will be available on DVD? Also, will it be available in the States?
