Don't you hate it when you replace things, hoping for a cure all and it doesn't work. I assume you looked at your air filter? The trouble is there are so many things that can make the old girl lurch and fart around.

The airfilter was the first thing i looked at, the airfilter was buggered but i swapped it over with the help from a friend who has a similar model car (the filter) and the same problem occured, i tried a pod aswell.. same problem.. i tried this 3 weeks ago then decided it could be the sparkplugs, or ht leads..

Yup.. i hate it..

So yeah, not the air filter.. faulty MAF?

What car? What year? What mileage? I'm guessing it's an automatic?

How does it jerk forward? If it jerks forward when switching gears, it might just be a faulty transmission...
