A few questions from an idiot :)

Hey guys, Im new here and I have a few questions

1) On a scale of 1-50, how good is a '98 nissan altima? New transmition, new ignition, basically new everything.

2) How do you do burn outs on a fwd car without killing the transmition? (I dont want to do one, just to know )

3) What other cool tricks can you do with your car?

4) Perhaps the stupidest question: How do you make the engine roar without speeding across the intersection. I always thought it was in neutral, but am I wrong?

5) Is the parking break good for anything other than parking?

Thanks guys!!!

1)38, based on the fact that i just pulled that number out of my ass
2)you dont
3)drive them responsibly
4)yes, neutral, or hold the clutch in on a manual
5)fwd drifting

either way... you've basicly dug yourself a deep hole to get out of before you get any respect here.

1. Its about 40. My friend has it its pretty fun
2. If its stick you gota balance the clutch. If its auto, rev it in neutral and throw it in drive and pray to god you dont blow anything.
3. I like to drift.....you can do lots
4. Yea its in neutral, but I think you can get in trouble for it with the PD
5. Yea its good for drifting.

First of all, I think you're nuts for thinking this and with that maturity level I doubt you even have a license. Never-the-less I would like to answer your questions:

1). I have that same car. 117K mikes (mostly highway, but still). Still absolutely no major problems (knock on wood). If it has a new trans and such, it should last you forever.
2) Smash the gas. Depending on the conditions of the road, which incline you are on, what tires you have, etc it might work might not. The only guarenteed way is neutral-drive but it's horrible for your car.
3) Drive safe and responsibily. The only other thing I can think of is drifting but I don't recommend it.
4) Put it in neutral (assuming it's an auto) and press the gas. Once again, this is not recommend as it's neither safe nor good for your car.
5) You can use it for drifting, but that is not recommend as well. Other than that, use it for parking and as an emergency brake.

Thanks!

I dont know how I have a low maturity level. I asked a question and was told to "go under a rock and never drive"

Yeah!
