hey cliffy, read my golfs reliability thread.. theres a ne3w deal, heres it is

the owner of the golf says he has some friends/relatives in the garge/bodyshop business. so this is the new deal.. he well get the rust/damage fixed, get the muffler repaired and get the black paintjob i wanted.. the new price with all of that included is 1100$ canadian. is this good?

so... for 1100$ cad.. the golf plus the repaired body, fixed muffler and new paintjob.. no honey fallin through now

I've driven rusted boxes on wheels.....but in this country you'd be arrested for picking chicks up off the street like that anyway lol

for a daily driver I could see my self in a Lexus SC300.
Or a fully restored, lowered, TII engine swapped Dodge Rampage (gonna be my next project).

first, i would see myself in my finally running again Supra, as the weekend car.


for the daily driver..... either a Scion xB (if cash isnt as much as i expect it), or a 2006 Rav4 or 4Runner (i love the new sports edition).

I decided last weekend that I'm going to sell all my vehicles (Z71, GSX, Civic), and buy a '97-2000 540i with a 6spd (preferrably a Sport). I've always wanted an M5... it's like a poor man's M5. I'm tired of not being able to haul people...
