Lightbulb Help with headlights

So I want my headlights to produce a pure white brite light, not the yellowish gold light theyre producing now. The main reason I want to do this is that when I go home and come back to school, I drive at night, and most of the highway is dark (really dark). My eyes hurt after sometime trying to squint and see things a couple hundred feetin front of me. I'll turn the high beams on, but they only help a little. I was doing some research and found out that my headlights use 55W H3 for the low beam and 65W 9005 for the high beam.

So now I'm wondering, how can I get as cose to HID headlights without buying HID headlight harnesses and all that jazz (+HID conversion is out of my budget).

I did some photochopping and came up with this...

BEFORE

AFTER

Any help is appreciated.
