Question Turbocharger? Cold air intake?

Ok, I got some questions

Could you put a Cold air intake in a turbo?

If so, how would you connect it?

Or are you stuck using an innercooler in a turbo?

You can put a CAI in a turbo'd car, and it would be something like this:

You'd still have to use the intercooler though...
