Question Ford Fiesta Diesel Pump

I have a slight problem that my diesel pump as now gone on my fiesta. I have been looking around as the cost of a new one will be around the 550 mark just for the part.

I have found a diesel pump on fleabay and just wondered if it would fit

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

It says it will fit focus/fiesta/transit models from 2002 on, but the 2002 fiesta diesel is a 1.4 on the latest model?

Mine is a 2002 1.8 diesel but is the mark before the latest fiesta came out.

Is there an easy way to find this out?

1. The ad specifically says "THEY ARE DELPHI PUMPS FOR 1.8 DIESEL FORDS 2002 ONWARDS." It says nothing about 1.4L engines and am not even sure why it would be an issue if your car is a 1.8.

2. Why not just ask the seller if it will fit and make sure you have the right to return the pump for a full refund if it doesn't? He has an excellent feedback score and seems to be a fair seller. Simple.
