HID???Oxidized???

I want to get HID or XENON bulbs or whatever they are called
but I have some weird headlights
they are oxidized but not too badly
a set installed will be $60
should I do it
considering that my car is completely modded and I just want that final touch

I think you mean just installing a new set of higher output bulbs (super white...sylvania silverstars...etc...). True HID's and Xenon conversions will run you $400+.

I put Sylvania Silverstars in both of my cars and it improved over the standard beam drastically.

Maybe it's not so much the bulbs but rather the OXIDATION!!!!! Is the Oxidation on the outside or inside the headlight housing. I got water in one of my headlights and when it evaporated, it left a nasty residue on the inside of the glass. I baked it to get the glass seperated from the housing, then cleaned it, then put it back together. It wasn't difficult at all.
