Question Lights wont go out

I have a 96 Taurus. The headlights wont shut off when I turn the car off. I am assuming that there must be a relay that is burned out, but I don't know where to find it. Any ideas?

The headlights wont turn off, even when you do it manually? or when the ignition is turned off...by themselves? If it's the latter, I wouldn't worry about it, lots of cars have this setup...

not at all

When I turn them off manually they stay on permanently. The only way to shut them off is to disconnect the battery post.
