can you put deep 3 inch lip rims in the back of a 2g eclipse and the front with a 1 inch lip?

Its illegal in Arkansas and Idaho, but apart from there I think you're ok.

as long as they dont have spikes sticking out 3 feet and could chop off bystanders' legs off like in the old roman days, then it should be fine i believe.
