tbird, yeah if you're keeping it street legal but if you're doing a truly nuts off-roader...

as for the best of both worlds, probably a combination of airbags + body lift...

I've driven trucks (and cars) daily that had less than an inch and a half of clearance and never had either of those two problems...

Of course, I still had shocks and good ride...

And I don't intentionally drive rapidly over bumps and potholes in ANY car, whether it's a lowrider or a stock Jaguar. That's just abusive to your vehicle. it's best to avoid them if you want your car to last.

With everything he's hit with his truck (concrete boarders, powerlines poles.. ect..) I'm suprized his truck still has a front.
