My valve is sticking

Hi, so i ran a compression test on my car and it went very well except for one cylinder 6th and it is around 30 psi under all of the others. And its a valve sticking. How do i get the valve to pop open and start working properly? I drive a 1990 300zx NA automatic 98K miles on it. The engine is a VG30DE. The 6th cylinder was not firing when i got the car. I just got it working a month ago, if that has anything to do with it, which might be because all the buildup etc. in that cylinder wasent being burned off it could of got the valve not working. IDK which one it is (intake, exhaust) so i need to know what how to do this. There is no clicking or nocking or any kind of noise like that comming out of the engine when cold and just started or when its warmed up. It runs very well but the compression test doesent lie. Thanks

You used to be an idiot and you have just shown that you still are. How exactly have you determined that your problem is a sticking valve? Here's a hint. If you had in fact correctly determined that your problem was a sticking valve, you'd know which one it is.

I'm interested how you diagnosed a silent "sticking" valve from a compression test?

I guess that translates to..."He does know which one it is, faggot, he said it's the sixth"?.....Either way, it was a pointless remark as this thread was dead! I dont think Kris will be back anyway, he doesn't like us anymore, lol

my heart's a-breakin'

btw, lambo. by which one, he means intake or exhaust. if he was diagnosing it correctly, he would know which cylinder and which valve. if he can't tell us, it's b/c he's guessing...
