I see.....no t-tops.

Looks pretty cool though. I was going to pick up an 84 Z28 5.slow 5-speed with t-tops for 1200. it was cool, but on the test drive I could litterally see the fuel gauge needle moving closer to empty...so I bought a 95 Lumina instead. I like it.

Anyways, looks really nice. Good find!

Oh, and good luck at the pumps

not-tops=no leaks...

thirdgens aren't that bad for gas mileage....they'll usually see 20-30, depending on the motor. the red one in my sig gets about 24-26, which is frustrating b/c my identically equipped '85 used to get 29 highway w/ 275,000 miles...

As preivously stated, its a personal preference. I prefer the sound of a high reving engine to that of a low rumbling one. I prefer the sound of an F1 car shifting at 19,000 rpms as opposed to the muscle sound of Nascar cars. Why can't we all just get along as car enthusiasts instead of picking pointless fights? hhsras's Camaro looks nice. I was wishing him the best of luck with his investment just like I would to any member here who recently purchased a new ride.

I was just kidding there didn't mean no harm. Guess it's kind of hard to tell sarcasm over the internet.

Sometimes it is and somtimes it isn't. Since you used this smiley , I assumed you were serious and you were defending your pushrods just the same as I would defend my 4 banger rice burners. Had you used this smiley , your sarcasm would have been easily identified. No harm done.
