Built a go-kart - Pics

I built the frame from 1" OD round tube. I bought a 6.5hp Tecumseh motor for it and removed the governor. I was trapped at about 36mph before I removed it, so it should hit 40mph now. I plan to ditch the 6.5 and bolt on a higher revving 2 stroker.

That looks real cool, how long did it take to build it and where did you get the layout of the chassis?

Are you planning on racing it or just using it for the odd weekend?

You guys are too hard on the advertising, I don't see why it's such a big deal, if they come here to advertise? Atleast they know about this site.

I've let things like this go before, but in pretty much every one of his posts, he's plugged that website...

Well, it's not advertising in the first place.

Anyway, that has to be one stiff ride.

So his constant need to show off pictures, which are blatently on another forum bares no resemblence to advertising to you? Guys, just read the rules...please!

The difference between you and him though, is that you've been here a while, he just started linking us to it in his first few posts...
