1986 Ford Thunderbird Hotwireing Situation

I need some help, Some one tried to hotwire my car . so i bought a new harness and but the wires in acording to the diagram i double cheaked a million times i got all the lights to work except the dash the radio and the trunk release, soooo when i turn the keys nothing comes on I also cheaked the fuses. Dose anyone know what i should do?
