HKS engines

i gots a question. does HKS, the tuner empire, make complete engines of their own??? was reading britains evo magazine, and an add in the back showed this picture of a GORGEOUS black engine. it was very long and had 12 velocity stacks so i assume its a V12. the covers at the top (where the maker is named) read "HKS Power" in silver lettering. i have looked at both the japanese and american HKS websites, with no luck. can someone please help me out here??? its an issue ive been trying to deal with for a long time.
