1981 Chevy Malibu

I have a 1981 chevy Malibu with a 229 3.8L V-6 in it. How much work would it be to put in a 350 V-8? Can I use the same trans? How about motor mounts? Will 350 mounts bolt right in the existing holes in the frame?? The current motor has that electric carb (non-Fuel Injector) with O2 sensors and I just want to get rid of it all.... I just got the car for free..... garaged kept for it whole life execpt the last 3 yrs. been sitting for about 6 yrs... so I have a few other thing to do to it also....

Thanks for your guy's help...
