Smile Found my way

I found out why my Mustang would not start .It was due to a faulty fuel filter.I have solved that problem.Ohh.. lectroid, yes you may assume that it is carbed. sorry for not giving all the info.I have another problem I need to install catalytic converters to pass State E-check.How much of pain in the rump will it be to cut and install time wise. Also in the near future I would like to change my instrument gauges to all new stock /prefer digital,is this at all possible.
