Upgrading from CTS to a 4 wheel drive... oppinions?

Dealers price the CTS at 29k, there's 15k to spend and I'm trying to decide on options.

Low Gas Millage, and 4 wheel drive, as well as preformance are extremely important.

I'm only considering Infinity, Ford, Chrystler, Dodge, Chevrolet, Mazda, and Cadillac.

(BMW breaks down too easily).

The car to beat is the Chrystler 300C R/T with every option in it.

A slightly used M45 would be perfect if it came in 4 wheel drive... unfortunatly, it doesn't, the M35 IS an option but it's acceleration is .8 seconds slower, probably more with AWD, and you don't get good value for your dollar with the M45.

What do you guys think, I did a little research and found the 300C R/T or Charger hard to beat, they just aren't my style however.

how about an early DSM. AWD, turbo, and tons of aftermarket support. i've seen these cars run single digit 1/4 mile times with less than 4k in parts.

correction, low fuel consumption.

Maybe I should just turn a Civic into a 45k luxury car, now that would be Ricing...

What's more interesting, is if you give me a waranty and pay for any part break downs, I wouldn't mind. Otherwise I think sticking to warantied, reliable cars is a best idea.

That wouldnt be ricing. Shit the only thing you would have to do is get soft seats, and air-ride and you are set

Ha ha maybe then I can spend the other 43k on taking the car to a custom interior designer, to get it fitted with Verona leather and Mahogany/Aluminium trim, all designed by the guys from Louis Vuitton, that way when I take the car to have dinner with the Company's President, he won't have his yacht club staff drive it into the river.

I will admit you have an imagination...

Honestly I think I'm going to go with the M35... does anyone know if you can do a headlamp swap between the 45 and 35? ie are the lamps compatible.

the 45 has kind of been my dream car. However the price has always just been too prohibitive, espetialy considering the lack of a 4 wheel drive system, one that might I add you can find on almost all Audi's for less than 4k.
