Any Suggestions?

I am looking to buy myself a car for everyday use... Here's what I'm looking for

A used car with low miles

A maximum price of $15,000

Automatic Transmission, With Decent Gas Mileage...

Something that isn't ugly and isn't too massive.

Something that wont break down lol

Any suggestions?

You could get a 2005/2006 Taurus fully loaded for that kind of money.

ugly depends on your tates.. I kind of liked how the last of the Tauri looked...

for that price you can also look at last gen maximas (i think they are ugly though), a Carola, Accord, Malibu, last gen Impala... you can get quite a bit for 15k. it depends on what you consider ugly and what you consider good milage.

does your 15k include TTR?

anything specific you are looking for? Do you have a family so you need 4 doors? do you need FWD? RWD? AWD? SUV? Car?

and most new cars will last you well over 100k miles now so unless you are looking to spend your 15k on a perfect condition 83 Chevette I wouldnt worry about breaking down.... unless you are looking at new VWs which I still dont trust considering I had an 07 rabbit break down on me on a test drive.

the battery light was on when I got in it. The salesman told me it was a sensor they knew about and had to replace. I said whatever and just wanted to feel how it drove. Then the AC quit as soon as we pulled out. (it was about 95 and humid that day... not fun). then 2 miles down the road it started to ding and i looked down to see the water temp pegged at 260. I pulled over and popped the hood to see the coolant boiling like a a pot of water waiting for pasta. Then the salesman proceded to drive the car back to the dealership like that....

This car has 300 miles on it when I drive it beacause they had to drive it from Maine to CT when they get the car.

I dont think I would ever be able to give VW another chance after that.

Perhaps a MINI Cooper, or a Nissan Sentra SER.

Nope! Unless you're looking for a brand new one, then maybe.
