Volkswagen fuel injection conversion

Hello I finally got my own vee dub. Its all parts from 67 beetle mounted on a rail chassis. I heres whats on my receipt from larrys off road-

1914cc big bore engine rebuild kit w/ forged chromoly counterweighted crank
windage PR tubes
044 hi velocity heads with 40mm/35mm valves
1.25:1 ratio rockers
8mm studs
bore out engine case
tap case for secondary oil cooler
full flow oil filter pump
hardware kit
hi-performance pushrods

My problem is what kind of fuel system to use. I've decided I want to bypass stock and performance carburation and go straight to an electronic fuel injection conversion. So hobo have you ever done any VW projects with EFI?
If so what brand did you use. So far I'm leaning toward the redline weber EFI kit. Eventually this engine is going to be seeing a T3 turbo as well running around 12 pounds. Any suggestions on the EFI would be appreciated, thanks.
