Dtc P1133

my car has been throwing DTC P1133 HO2 Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1 and i dont know why. would this code get thrown if the sensor itself is bad? or is it due to something else?

i had another code pop up this morning, 442, something to do with emissions which is from me not running a downstream o2. i disabled the code in the pcm.

i did more research on that 442 DTC and its not what i thought it was. i have a small leak in the EVAP system somewhere. hopefully its just the gas cap, easy fix. guess i have go home and re-enable it lol

i re-enabled the code this morning and i took the gas cap off and put it back on and so far no code. i have started the car probably 8 times and driven it 10 miles. looks like it fixed itself.
