I don't think that Wikipedia is the most reliable source.....

They are correct...for once! Wikipedia is using the Vectra name from it's release, in Opel form, in 1988, this is what us Brits know as the Cavalier. Hope that makes sense, lol. So basically the estate was launched with the Vectra 'B', in about 1995(ish).

whoops, misread, when i pasted the link, it was for the Vauxhall, which seems to be taken off and opel vectra in place!!!
