Cool Random car pics I took last Week.

I really like taking pictures of cars so I do it pretty often. Here are a few from last week.
Wyatts:

Guess the two cars^

Imola red: the prettiest red ever
Matts:

I just kinda liked this one
Partons:

Definetly one of the best pics Ive ever takin

Liked the shadows but wished the pole wasnt there.

Looked good but I really need to dig out my tripod when I do my night photoshoots.

I have a bunch more but these were some of my favorites.

This sounds like another trick question, but I assume it shares the same engine as the M-Roadster of that era and the E36 M3. The inline-6. I do remember it going from 0-60 in under 5 seconds though...240 hp doesn't seem to be enough for that. It probably got the next M3's engine. I don't remember.

I've heard from a BMW fanatic buddy of mine...and Car and Driver....that the M-Coupe was a much better driving car than the similar M-Roadster. I believe it didn't sell well because few people appreciated the shape. I ain't one of the few, give me the M3 over that anyday.

Well they came equipped with both the E36 M3 motor (240hp) and the E46 motor (330 IIRC) and the 330hp one is AMAZING they are so dam quick. But this one has the 240 hp motor.

I prefer the lines of the coupe I used to hate it but seeing it on the road and up close gives you a new love for the car it really grew on me and Id take the 330hp version over almost anythign BMW.

From 98-00, the M roadsters/coupes had the s52 engine found in the e36 m3 (making 240hp by US specs. Euro specs made 320hp)

From 2001-2002, BMW made the s54 based M roadster/coupe, using the engine found in the e46 m3. However, this version of it only made approximately 315-320hp as opposed to the 333hp in the e46 m3 application.

So the question is: What year is his M coupe?

He has an earlier one 99 I believe he wants to sell it and buy an 01 or later for the motor but his is in such good shape that he couldnt part with it, that and its imola red which is very rare and very skeet-tastic
