Unhappy Highbeams don't work and wishield washer light

95 Grand Marquis,

The highbeams don't work, the light comes on in the dash and the driving lights work?

Also the windshield washer is full, but the light in the dash, says it is low ?

I'm guessing his high beams do not come on, but the light in the dash does.
(Check the bulbs)

And i think he means that the windshield washer is full, but the indicator in the dash says it is low.
(make sure the sensor is plugged in on the tank)
