Best anti-theft device?

I live in a high crime area and want to protect my car when I buy it. I already plan on getting a alarm, but I want a lock too. What's the best lock that's most difficut to break? I thought about the club but, anyone can just cut the steering wheel and take it off. I've been looking at some on http://www.autobarn.net/andev.html What's the best?

We had to make our own commercials for those. Kinda hard since we didn't have a car (had to borrow one) lol.

A cheap, simple thing to do is to put in a killswitch somewhere hidden.

removable steering wheels, killswitches, alarms, gps tracking. (for recovery)
also use common sence on where u park...unless car is parked indoors it can be stolen with a tow truck.

If that's a concern you can just turn the wheel all the way to the side when you park it.

If you're pulled into a spot where they can only get your car from there rear, turning the front wheel to the side will complicate matters.
