Could I clean Hyundai Headlamps by taking them apart?

I drive a 2001 Hyundai Elantra, and the headlamps are cloudy from the inside, is there a way to take them appart and clean them? I've tried, but I don't think I could do it without a hack saw, and then they would go back together the same way.

I'm thinking I'll need to spend $200 for new ones. Are there any special bulbs that don't cause cloudiness?

The reason they're 'cloudy' is probably due to condensation. You could clean them inside if you can find a way how, but it'll probably just happen again. You could always find out why they're steming up (usually water leaking in through a crack or seal), then see if you can find a way to clean them inside and replace/repair where the water is leaking in at.....Or you could always find a new headlight unit. You could probably find one at a scrapyard or something alot cheaper than new.

I know that one headlamp does get wet inside, but that's because I broke the seal trying to take it apart. It seems impossible, but I thought I would ask.

I wouldn't mind a used set, if they are clear.
