94 honda accord cruise control problem

well i have a 94 accord with the 2.2. this morning on the way to work i discovered that the cruise control doesnt work. there is a button on the left side of the dash that i push and it should light up meaning its activated the cruise control. but it isnt lit up. when i push the set button nothing happens. any clues on what to look for?

If the light doesn't come on it means the system isn't "armed". The very first step(s);

Check underhood fuses 15, 19 and 25.

Check underdash fuses 1 and 4.

Make sure your horn works (common ground).

Report back to see if I've been banned.

Offer me beer.

Yes, the switch on the dash is the next thing to check. Make sure you have power in and then power out when activated. I can't help you with wire colors right now, that'll have to wait untill tomorrow.
