Do you really need me to answer that? Hmm... not paying for something that you're supposed to.

Don't f*cking steal. I don't care if it's a $5 wash, stealing makes you a piece of shit in my book. If you're too cheap to pay for a car wash it's time to break out the bucket and sponges.

I agree. I can see this one getting way out of hand, but I wont lock it. I'm too scared...

?? Because it takes a whole extra 20 seconds to pay? You stick your credit card in and presto, it takes no time extra. I have a hard time believing that CIA and FBI get free gas so they can get in and out faster.

I don't know if it's the same over there, but here companies have payments cards for fuel usually, kind of like a credit card, but for fuel only. Only trouble is the 'pay at pump' feature doesn't accept them....

I think most of the people are more detterred by the fact that they know they're taking something from somebdoy else. Some regular guy probably owns that place, and if you're ever owned a buisiness or known somebody who has, they often end up working 60-80hr weeks. If I worked that hard just for some piece of crap like you to steal from me, you wouldn't have to worry about what the law would do to you.

Surely fuel is taxed anyway, therefore regardless of who is using it, if it goes through the system so to speak, said little fuel station owner will be paid on the amount taken?

Or perhaps I was reffering to the actual topic (stealing car-washes) and not the tangent (stealing gas).

I stand corrected. Although having said that, surely it's the same principal? I mean if there is a code that gives the autorities free car washes, there's obviously a cost to the authority in question? Therefore it would be them who foots the bill?
