Sounds very reasonable, infact, a bit too good to be true on the surface. It should be good for twice that really. Are you buying or selling? Giving a more detailed description with kit listed and service history etc listed as applicable will varify this!
Are you sure you didn't forget to put a number 1 on the beginning of that 7,000? lol
