Something like this might not be too bad:

Although something like this wouldn't look that bad either:

A simple Hugger orange wouldn't be bad.. paint colour always seem alittle hard to decide, especially when you want to be alittle different.

I like alot of blues reds oranges etc etc etc

Current colors im looking at closely are
Electron Blue
Hugger Orange (Old And New)
Viper Steel Grey
Medium Quasar Blue Metallic (Very reare color only available on LT1s)
Kinda looking into some SOMs and BOMs.

I feel like there is a color that is so obvious that I havent thought of yet and its buggin the shit outta me

More of the blue that comes on the vette and termies.

Dont want a flat or matte color cause it scratches to easy and Im extremely anal about detailing. Thats why Im repainting the car, I cant stand the swirls the previous owner did and balck is driving me crazy

That's part of the reason I'm thinking of not painting my car black.. but the problem is that is just looks so good when it's clean, even if it is for a short time lol

Short time shit the other day I did a nice quick detail. No machine polishing but I did wash claybar, meguiars 3 step and then a top coat of a non abrasive wax and I pulled it outside and went inside to eat and came back out about an hour and a half later and it was already coated with dust.

It wasnt even a windy day.

Oh and I have decided on Corvette electron blue mettalic. Going to take the car to the painter mon to let him take a look at it. Hes doing all the jams and a tad bit of body work and filling in the "camaro" on the tail panel for 500-700 dollars and I pay for the paint.

Heres a few pics

You should see if anyone in your area does X-Kote.

http://www.x-kote.com/

Probably cheaper down south, I know up here a typical job is about 2-300. But holy damn some of the results are AMAZING. I know the guy here in town who does it, and i've seen some of the results.

For example:
1985 Buick Grand National, got the shit abused out of it at a local car wash that is now out of business...

Befores:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...h/IMG_2469.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...h/IMG_2474.jpg

Afters:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...h/IMG_2475.jpg

There's a ton of other ones he's done...I'll show you one more example, and I know someone's going to claim "PHOTOSHOP", but they're not. Different cameras and different lighting conditions do make a few things seem a little off, but it shows you the amazing potential of X-Kote.

What is it a really hard protective clear coat. Kinda like the MING or PING stuff we did it to my moms old truck a long time ago and that thing never got rock chips or swirls

Yeah, it's very similar to a clear coat. You can wash your car without fear after having it done, and it won't swirl like hell.
