Guh, I hate Corvettes.

For 75K, there's a lot of options.

American: '03 Cobra. Awesome, awesome car. Just very big
Asian: WRX STi. Cheap, fast, and fast
German: M3. Handles the best, looks the best, and can win you the big races

And, in a spearate category,

The Porsche. Never forget Porsche.

if domestic, go w/ da z06, its fast, lacks a lil in looks but its a pretti good deal, you will still have around 15k to play around with. First of all the Subaru Imprezza WRX Sti sucks, if you want something like it, get the car that is superior to the imprezza in every way, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Even though, mitsu lists it as only 271 hp, the handling and launch speed is compensates. In the June issue of Car & Driver, they compared the WRX Sti to the Lancer Evol, they said the lancer was the better choice since it has a higher top speed, and one of the fastest slalom speeds ever recorede by Car & Driver. The Lancer also has a shorter braking distance. Lancer also comes with brand name parts, Enkei 17" wheels, Yokohoma ADVAN tires, Brembo ventilated Calipers, MOMO steering wheel, and Recaro bucket seats, much better deal. Also the Lancer beats out the WRX Sti in every single WRC, the lancer takes first, while the subaru takes second most of the time. But if u really want a fast car get the 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 gtr, you can get it for 40, 000 as a jdm vehicle from this site:
http://www.j-garage.com/sale/usedcars/stock/110466.html
or go to motorex and pay like 100k. But the the r34 from the site i gave you is slightly used, but its a 60k differnce, so...yah. and with the extra 30k, you can do a lot to a Skyline, i can gaurantee you, that a R34 can outcorner most cars on the road, higher launch speeds the a Porsche Carrera 911, Nissan lists it as 276hp, but tests in the UK has proven it with around 330hp. With 30k worth of mods on that thing, you can outrun any supra out there!

Right Fury, I've shown you evidence before, but you refuse to believe me. The Z06 will out-run and out-handle the Skyline...the Skyline is better off-road rally style, but road coarses are the 'vettes forte.

The Skyline would be cool if it wasn't so expensive.

yah, i like the z06, it probaly can out perform the r34 stock, but with a few cheap mods, the skyline will go crazy. read the first post I posted on this subject, you can get a slightly used 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 GTR vspec 2 for around 50k, its a jdm vehicle. It is better then getting it from motorex. With only around 34000km mileage.

seriousli, i rather buy this skyline then the z06, cause you look much cooler in a r34 then a z06, cause it is so rare in north america!!!

I agree, rarity is the big advantage to owning a skyline. Also, isn't that car you linked to in Japan? Importing it would cost hella $$$.

I'll agree with this, but I might replace the RC51 with a Suzuki GSX1300R, but that's just personal preference.
