My daughter has a '94 Cutlas Ciera and can't get the hood to unlatch. I can't tell for sure if it's the cable or the latch or both, because I can't get the hood open! I can see no easy way to unlatch this thing. Does anyone know of a way to get the hood open so that I can make the necessary repairs?
