Worst Mechanical failure

What the worst mechanical failure you've had in a car? I posted this on a British site, and the best answer. Erectile failure in the back of a Mini One.

I did not think there was enough room in a mini one to do stuff like that - lets behave please.

Well, its not car related, but once when I was playing my guitar I was fingering a minor and snapped the G string.

(read it over with a sense of humor before I get banned)

lol...
actually what happened in my case can't be said as a serious knack but actually a funny one.. One day I saw some hair like thing coming out of my bike's silencer, and out or curiosity I kept pulling it out till it was a heap thinking it was some one's mischief to put some artificial hair into it... and when asked my mechanic he told it was glass wool... and is packed in silencer...
