That's basically the Fiat 126...Did you guys get the 126 over there aswell as that Seat? Just wondering as you say they are/were working together for a while. Also, the Marbella is basically the Panda, as I'm sure you're aware!

You sure do have alot of abandoned cars over there, lol!

I like this. I'm thinking we should have a contest. Either best pic of an abandoned car or just beast car related pics in general. They would of course have to be taken by you.

Thanks for your comments. No, in Spain Fiat didn't sell cars in the 60's and 70's because Seat sold them manufactured under license. I haven't ever seen a Fiat 126 in Spain. Seat sold cars like the Fiats 1400, 1500, 124, 127, Panda, 126, 850, Ritmo,....
Seat sold the Panda with the same denomination that Fiat. The Marbella is a restyling of the Seat Panda. I'll post some photos of abandoned Pandas. Don't think that spanish streets have lots of abandoned cars. In my city, Ourense, there are about 100 abandoned cars in the streets (Ourense have about 100.000 habitants). I think this isn't so much. In bigger cities they must have more abandoned cars.

I think that this is a good idea. And another thing, I'm thinking about opening a thread, and post there photos of not abandoned cars in Spain, interesting cars, you know, cars that you don't usually see in your country. If Ourense has some good, is that there are a lot of rare cars, that you can't find in other parts of Spain. What do you think about that?

An abandoned 1985 Seat Panda, a special version called Black2. As you can see, is practically identical to the Fiat Panda.

A 1991 Ford Fiesta. The driver's door was open, so, I could take a photo of the interior.

I find old abandoned cars very appealing, it's the potential they have which does it for me. Abandoned cars in England are becoming the thing of the past as the price of scrap metal is at its highest and thieves are nicking them for the metal. But I suppose its a lot different in Spain where I bet the motoring laws are alot more relaxed.
