'96 Chevy Blazer with a starting problem.

Ok, this is what is happening. I have a '96 chevy blazer that is having a problem starting. The truck will start right up if it has been sitting for a short time, but if it sits for four hours or more then it gives me a heck of a time starting. It cranks just fine every time, but i have to try starting it four or five times before it will start. However, if i hook it up to a charger, or if i jump it, it will fire right up. I have replaced the battery, the fuel filter, and the distributor cap. I have also tested the alternator and the ignition coil at autozone and they say that they are working just fine. The fuel pump appears to be working just fine because when it is tested it sprays gas like crazy. The problem may be related to the volt meter because whenever it drops below 12 volts is when i am having the problem. Any and all input will be more than appreciated. thank you in advance.

I'm assuming you've checked the batt terminals
