hard start and some smoke
I have a 98 malibu with a 145000km i run synthetic 5w30 and good plugs and wires. Aside from a few electrical malfunctions it runs pretty good, the car does vibrate slightly sometimes when stopped in D at a red light.
The problem is that it starts hard, it cranks over from 2.5 - 4.5 sec when starting, kinda stumbles a bit when it fires then some smoke that stinks like gas puffs out the back for a couple of seconds, doesnt smell like oil at all.
would this be some kind of sensor? or maybe something with the ignition?
