Break-In Advice

Hi everybody. I'm new to this forum and this is just my second post.

I have a new 2004 Lexus IS300 with about 380 miles on it so far. Recently, I've heard a few suggestions on the break-in period of my car.

Can anyone provide a more complete list of things to do and not do during this break-in period? Also, can anyone tell me the reasons for doing those things? Thanks in advance.

Your owners manual should have the recommended break in procedure for your vehicle. I would follow that.
