Right, last time I asked what DTM meant. Unfortunately, I'd been at the gin, and asked the wrong question.
Here's the proper question:
What does DSM stand for??

I believe those included the Eclipse, Talon, 3000GT, Stealth, Galant VR-4...

Aha! Cheers for the answer to that one!
Was this arrangement just a way of getting Mitsubishis into the USA, or did Chrysler have a hand in development? For instance, is the 3000 GT different to the one we got in Europe?

I think the joint venture was used to develop motors that Mitsu and Chrysler both shared. For example, the eagle talon (a now-dead division of chrysler) and eclipse shared the same engine, both had AWD versions, same case with Dodge Stealth and 3000GT. Im not exactly sure what you got in Europe, but here, Chrysler and Mitsu made several cars sharing engines, and possibly even more components (like AWD, turbos, etc.)
