A "LSV", a heli and a BMW Concept I made

A couple of years ago I did design three concepts at my spare time. This is my hobby to recover from the weekdays. Unfortunately I don't have any time to make more. I know that car design is a matter of taste as we always can read in the forum. At my 3d full scale concepts you can see my personal taste of cars.

The first one is a "LSV". I came up with the imagination of a "Longrange Sports Vehicle. It isn't perfect, because I had no practice were I made it. At all my concepts are still much to enhance. All of them are a little bit old now, in spite of that I think I can show you:

Thanks! I used CATIA V5 and a 256MB workstation, it was hard because this software was a gamma release that a IBM dealer has taking into me.

Different cars, different moods

Just at the cyroa (the LSV) I had about 140 computer (OS) crashes, that's why I call it "c14".

not to shabby man, i like it.. except the first 2 looks like its rear has been strectch, and the car dosnt have a "booty" becuz the wheels are all the way at the back.. it also looks a bit to wide on the front and thin at the rear... overall, i like the LSV.i give it a 7.5

i like the beemers concept, you have some nice talent, you even took time to do the interior.. how long does it take you to do one?

I know, I know... ...about the cyroa.

For the cyroa I used 9 weeks. For the heli I used 7 weeks and for the BMW I used 3 weeks and four more days for the M work (bigger wheels, retractable spoilers, retr. radiator and retr. skirts, DTM-Side pipes)

Excellent workmanship in modelbuilding and surfacing. Need a little more work on proportion and form, but that'll come. Nice working with a major bit of software like Catia, which has a pretty steep learning curve.

Most of my work has been in Lightwave and Viz, as I've been doing mostly architectural work for the last few years.

First of all I take off my hat for you Chris! (If I had a hat on... )
In the past I took a look to many new archtiect's work on 3D (personally interested), your's are by far the best I ever seen. Can I move into one of your buildings?
The reality of the image samples are unbelievable! You're understand your craftmanship perfect. All the details, the perfect froms are very aesthetic. I always had two favorite archtitects, Oscar Niemeyer and Eero Saarinen, but now they're three.

Awesome job both of you! They look very real! I REALLY like the BMW model, especially the M6 version! I'm not too big a fan of the Cyroa, but hey, we each have our own style. If you mixed the exterior styling of the BMW with the Cyroa's interior, it'd be perfect. I really like the look of it's inside. BMW needs you as a designer, cuz I'd buy your car any day!
